DE- Unterstützen Sie Ihren Mitarbeitern bei der Bewältigung von Stress und Arbeitsbelastung durch Wöchentliche oder zweimal Wöchentliche Yoga & oder Yoga Nidra Einheiten. Hier Konzentrieren wir uns auf alle aspekte des Seins und bringen Geist, Körper und Emotionen in Einklang. In dem wir sanfte, erholsame und entspannende Yoga Einheiten ermöglichen, die den Bedürfnissen jeder Gruppe entsprechen. Starting with an introductory group / individual workshop suitable to your businesses needs. A great way to support your colleagues and team in self care in order for them to be as sufficient and productive as possible. Here concentrating on all aspects of the being, balancing mind, body & emotion by facilitating gentle, restorative and relaxing yoga classes to suit each groups needs. Classes are held at the company's premises, in the early mornings before work, during lunch time or after work. Assisting your team in destressing, recuperating and becoming more productive at work by learning tools on how to balance mind, body & soul.
